Refund policy

IMPORTANT: With limited exceptions, returns are refunded via store credit in the form of an LCX E-Gift Card. Love Chelsea, xxoo does not issue store credit for the original shipping charges.

With limited exceptions, I do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

I want to make sure you absolutely love every piece that you purchase from me. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to make a return. Your 14-day window begins the day you receive your merchandise. All returns are valid for store credit, ONLY.

Please note: Any return postage/packing costs will need to be paid in full by the client before the 14 days is up.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it - unworn, unused, & unwashed, with tags attached as well in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please email: support@lovechelseaxxoo.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items 
Body suits, bathing suits, lingerie (any intimate apparel), & leggings are not returnable at this time. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, pre-order items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Store Credit 
At this time, all refunds are giving as store credit in the form of a gift card.
